Can hard water stains be removed from exterior windows?

Do I need to be home for exterior window cleaning?

No. Exterior-only service requires no interior access, so you do not need to be home or take time off work. We do need gates unlocked and clear access around the building, and pets should be kept indoors while technicians are working in the yard. What happens if it rains right after my windows are cleaned?

Clean glass does not spot the way dirty glass does, because rain landing on a properly cleaned surface has no accumulated dust or mineral residue to run through. In most cases windows still look good once a storm passes. The exception is heavy runoff carrying roof or gutter debris down across the glass. If rain is in the forecast near your appointment, raise it when you book and we can look at the timing together.
