Excellent service from start to finish. The window cleaners arrived on time and were professional, courteous, and thorough. They took the time necessary to make sure all of the windows were cleaned properly.
I also had them return to address several windows with severe water stains. They spent the extra time and effort needed to remove the stains, and the results were excellent. I really appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right. I would definitely recommend them.

I called all over Incline Village trying to find a window cleaner who is able to come fairly quickly because of our limited time here.M2 Answer the phone with a live voice, set me over an estimate within 15 minutes… And I scheduled within just a few days. They showed up on time, they were meticulous, extremely thorough, took every screen off and washed them. There was no rush… As they were careful, especially on the inside. I am so happy I found this small local company to come out And do a huge job on our many windows and they were professional, courteous, Respectful and friendly! My windows have never looked so good. Our windows have never looked so good. We’ve used M2 twice and are now in contract for twice a year cleaning. They gus are respectful professionals who show up on time and do a really great job. The owner is great to deal with. I highly recommend.

The M2 team did a beautiful job of cleaning the glass and screens of our windows. They removed the screens to clean interior and exterior, and also removed any paint that was on the glass. The windows are so clean! The team was also great at communicating when they were on their way. Thanks M2!
